All jewelry that was used to pierce is final sale due to strict health concerns with no exceptions.
Please email hello@pandinkstudio.com for return & exchange requests and include your name, address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to P&Ink Studio without a Returns & Exchanges Form will be shipped back to the sender at their expense.
Items purchased on our website cannot be returned at any of our retail stores. Approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error and we reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as an item that has been damaged or altered. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than P&Ink Studio. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased.
